Considering all the Acid producing sugars and the huge amount of pancreatic stress. Its no wonder the small but important pancreas, gets over worked.

Its amazing how many sugary “soft” drinks are consumed each day. No rest for the poor over-worked Pancreas.

Don’t drink sugary drinks , even mass produces “Juices” can be loaded with sugar.
Check labels, 4g of sugar is equal to one teaspoon.

Yes that’s right…..10 teaspoons of sugar in a can of soda

What to drink??

  • Drink more water!!!
  • add some alkalizing drops or a squeeze of lemon.
  • Even better a green juice.

We are 75% water, and everything inside our body requires fluidity. Not a sticky sugary acidic  sludge. Oxygen cannot be transported, nutrients do not get delivered , and waste products cannot be removed.

How Much water should we drink?

Rick Panson , Nutritional Microscopist, states that: at a minimum, Half the body weight, in fluid ounces of water.

e.g. for a 200 lb person, They would have to drink 100 fluid ounces or 5 – 6 pints of water per day as a minimum to maintain adequate hydration.

That’s a lot of water, so don’t waste money or health on sticky pancreatic cancer inducing beverages.

Its hydration  your body is seeking when thirsty, not sugar.
